Performing music is a unique job. 95% or even
97% accuracy is unacceptable and the best performer on stage is only as good as the worst player represented. Every individual
has a unique role that without it‘s contribution, the music sounds dull and hollow. Perhaps there is no greater example
of team work than that of a tightly rehearsed band.
Imagine
if you had a fresh start where money, education and talent played no role in determining what you did with your life. What
would you do? Who would you become? Maybe a doctor… a teacher… perhaps a professional athlete… or what
about a rock star? As professionals at eXceL-R Dynamics, the most common phrase we hear about our work is “That’s
awesome. You’re doing what you love in life and making money at it!” Most people only have fantasies about what
life would be like if they’d chased their dreams. Being a performer is one of the most common dreams that people of
all backgrounds, financial status and education wish they could try just once. What is it like to have 20,000 fans singing
along with you? What would life be like traveling the road in a tour bus signing autographs at every show?
Not everyone gets this kind of opportunity. Not everyone would want that lifestyle.
Let’s don’t forget that musicians, by in large, have a terrible reputation. We at eXceL-R Dynamics choose to make
a difference with our God given talents and show that it’s possible to act professionally and with integrity and still
be successful. We simply have chosen to do something we love and make a living out of it. That concept is universal. Everyone
wants to enjoy their job and be paid what they deserve for it.
We have developed a workshop with a unique perspective from life on the road on how to find happiness and success at work
in any industry, through integrity and excellent team work skills.
